DEPOSIT
1. For valid booking a deposit is necessary. This deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. The deposit is 500 eur for the Weekend packages and 1 000 eur for the Week packages.
2. Paying the deposit is a sign that you agree with our terms & conditions.
3. Please, pay special attention to the RESPONISIBILITY AND RISK ACCEPTANCE document that you will be asked to sign after your arrival. By booking your heliski package and paying the deposit you oblige to sign the RELEASE OF CLAIMS – without this you cannot start your heliski/board days. If you refuse to sign the RESPONISIBILITY AND RISK ACCEPTANCE document , you will not be able to ski and you have no right for the refund of the price.
PAYMENT
4. Full price of the package must be paid 4 weeks prior to the first day of the trip. If the full price is not paid, your reservation will be cancelled without the refund of the deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUND
5. Deposit is not refundable.
6. In case of cancellation of the trip for any reason, the refund is applied as follows:
a. 4 weeks prior to the first day of the trip – refund of 50%
b. 3 weeks prior to the first day of the trip – refund of 30%
7. If you cannot ski all your runs because of the lack of fitness, injury or you just do not wish to use all the runs, you have no right for refund of the unused runs.
8. Getting to the base on time for your first run is your responsibility and no refund is done in case of late arrival.
WEATHER OR MECHANICAL NO-FLY DAYS
9. If you are not able to ski all your runs of the packages you paid for because of the bad weather or other difficulties that will prevent the helicopter from flying you have the right for refund of the unused runs. Refund will be made in the same manner as the payment was done (e.g. travel agency).
INSURANCE
10. You are obliged to have medical and travel insurance for extreme sports. Otherwise, in case of illness and injury, you will be asked to pay in cash for all necessary treatment.
REBOOKING
11. In case of rebooking/rescheduling of your package, administration fee of 50 eur will be charged.
REPLACEMENT
12. In case you cannot participate in your trip, replacement by another skier/rider is possible with the administration fee of 50 eur.
MINORS POLICY
13. Any skier/rider under the age of 18 must have a written permission of their parent or guardian as well as they must have a parent or guardian sign the RESPONISIBILITY AND RISK ACCEPTANCE document before departure.
TRIP CANCELLATION BY OPERATOR
14. Operator retains the right to cancel a whole trip. If this is your case, you will have the following possibilities:
a. reschedule without any additional fees for a date in this season
b. leave the payment for a new date in the next season (no changes to your price and conditions)
c. you can ask for refund (done in the same manner as the payment)
